We offer delivery services to all locations within Bangladesh. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Once an order is placed, it is processed within 24 hours.

Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. Shipping durations depend on the courier and your location.

  • Currently Delivery fee across Bangladesh is 100 TK.
  • Delivery Charge will be calculated and displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • For deliveries within Dhaka city, expect your order within 1–3 business days.
  • For other regions across Bangladesh, delivery usually takes 3–4 business days.
  • Delivery times may be affected by holidays, weather, courier delays or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

📦 Return Eligibility

 

  • Returns are accepted within 5 calendar days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

🛠️ 1. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong size/design due to our error, please notify us within 5 days of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund. All courier costs in such cases will be borne by us.

🔁 2. Customer Error (Size or Design)

If your product was ordered by mistake(e.g., wrong size/color/design chosen by the customer) or change of mind, the customer will be responsible for all return/exchange courier costs.BDT 150 courier charge will be required in advance.

💳 Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, if you are eleigible for refund , we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit based on your preference.
